Design-Build of a US Armed Forces Reserve Center at Fairchild Air Force Base for joint use by the US Army Reserve and Washington Army National Guard. Garco Construction, Inc. teamed with Bernardo-Wills Architects, Coffman Engineers, and David Evans & Associates to design and construct this multi-building complex consisting of six new buildings: an armed forces reserve center; organizational maintenance shop (OMS)/area maintenance support activity (AMSA)/FMS building; maintenance training bay; unit storage; unheated storage building; consolidated waste/flammable storage facility, and a covered two-bay vehicle wash rack.
